CGCC Celebrates 30th Anniversary

Chandler-Gilbert Community College (CGCC) was founded in 1985 to serve the higher education needs of the Southeast Valley. In 1992, CGCC was accredited as an independent college by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association. Today, with four locations and an average of 19,000 students every year, Chandler-Gilbert Community College is a fast-growing member of the Maricopa Community College system.

CGCC To Induct Dr. Frank Ramirez Into Athletics Hall of Fame

​​​​​​​Chandler-Gilbert Community College will induct Dr. Frank Ramirez into the college’s Athletics Hall of Fame during a ceremony on Saturday, February 19, 2022. The ceremony will be held in the Coyote Gym at the CGCC Pecos Campus between the women’s and men’s basketball games. The women’s game against Arizona Western College tips off at 2 p.m., with the induction ceremony following the conclusion of the game.
