Paying for College
When it comes to paying for college, there’s no single right answer. Every student’s financial plan will be different, and Student Business Services is here to help you decide what’s best for you. You may even choose to use a combination of payment methods. Researching your options early will help you create a plan that works best for you.
You have many options for paying your tuition and fees:
Tuition and fees are due by the specified due date for the class.
- Spring 2024 Due Date: January 3, 2024
- Summer 2024 Due Date: May 20, 2024
- Fall 2024 Due Date: August 7, 2024
Payments may also be made via phone, mail, or in-person.

Sign up for a monthly payment plan
*You must make this request by 5 p.m. on the day you enroll or before your tuition is due.
You may also have other options for financial assistance:
- Apply for financial aid (grants, loans, Federal Work-Study)
- Apply for scholarships
- Utilize your veterans benefits
- Take advantage of third-party authorizations (such as 529, military, and employer payments)
- Apply for a MCCD Tuition Waiver

1098-T Tax Statements
To find your 1098-T tax statement, visit your Student Center. You’ll need your MEID and password to access the form. Note: You will receive a 1098-T statement only if you paid some or all of your tuition out of pocket. Students being reimbursed by a federal grant will not receive a 1098-T.
