The main focus of Week of Gratitude is to cultivate gratitude for ourselves and the people around us! Gratitude helps us recognize the good things in our lives and feel more connected to what makes us happy. Practicing gratitude is a simple way to shift our focus from negative thoughts to positive ones, helping us feel more balanced and thankful for what we have.
