2023 Swing 4 SWE at the Springfield Golf Resort
The 3rd Annual Golf Luncheon and Fundraiser for Swing 4 SWE will take place on Friday, March 29, 2024 from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Springfield Golf Resort (1200 E St Andrews Blvd, Chandler, AZ 85249). The Society of Engineers at Chandler-Gilbert Community College, Arizona State University, and Phoenix are co-hosts of Swing 4 SWE where we are striving to create a pipeline from 2-year to 4-year college transfer to industry professional experiences.
The Society of Women Engineers (SWE) is dedicated to empowering women to reach their full potential as engineers and leaders. They aim to promote the engineering and technology professions as a positive influence on improving quality of life and to show the importance of diversity and inclusion. This golf tournament will raise funds for the students in the Chandler-Gilbert Community College (CGCC) chapter of SWE.
The 9-hole best ball golf tournament will be composed of teams of 4, consisting of college students, industry professionals, and college administrators, faculty, or staff members. The registration fee includes green fees, a cart, lunch, and prizes. Loaner golf clubs are available with the registration fee but are limited in quantity. Filling out the interest form does not guarantee participation, and those selected to participate will be contacted with further information. Priority will be given to those who have achieved Distinguished Member status during the Fall 2023 term.

- Hole Sponsor $300 (company logo at 1 of 18 tees)
- Hole-In-One Sponsor $1100 (Estimate for 12 credit hours at CGCC)

Registration for a student golfer is $25, and the cost for non-students is $95. Fees include a bagged lunch, green fees, cart, driving range and putting green usage, plus great giveaways!
